    1. Committee Membership & Roster

      • George Khairallah – Confirm attendance and role

      • David Speck – Update on outreach to Bill Grable

      • Should we formally update the Higher Logic roster? (remove Jeff/Karen, add George/David?)

    2. Urgent Support Guidelines (Brett)

      • Status of three posting examples/guidelines

      • Has Brett been empowered to move non-urgent items?

      • Any changes in usage or member feedback?

    3. Sage Intelligence Document & Strategy (Jim)

      • Status of Sherry's permission to share the SI best practices doc

      • Plan to convert into evergreen article

      • Is a roundtable/power hour still deferred, or can we begin planning?

    4. Content Library Session Prep (All)

      • Confirm cleanup/consolidation progress (Wayne/team)

      • Finalize and goals for December 9th session

      • Add "best practices for searching" to the outline

      • Confirm Zoom invite has gone out

    5. Higher Logic & Posting Summaries (Steve)

      • Are we continuing manual summaries? Any process change?

      • Should 90 Minds make any proactive community messaging?

      • Should we survey members about Sage 100 sentiment?

    3. Sage 100 Audit Feature – Awareness & Guidance

      • Confirm what is mandatory in the 2025 release

      • Do we need to prepare guidance or a member alert?

    4. Future Power Hour Topics (Review from Sept Feedback)

      • Sage Intelligence Debugging

      • Accessing Content Library

      • Upgrading old versions

      • Going Paperless

      • Set tentative timeline for next 1–2 topics

    Re: Urgent, not sure we really need that much detail in an e-mail communique and I don't think we should do a separate/specific e-mail reminder.  I was thinking more a brief reminder included in Anne's 90 Minds newsletter/e-mail (similar to what she posted earlier).  Maybe we can add that addt'l info to Anne's Announcement, or we do a 2nd announcement with the addt'l detail/info.  Again, I don't think we need to draw too much attention.
