    HI all -- I'm off Thursday and Friday this week, so will not be here for the call. 

    Is there any update on when membership renewal notices will be sent out?  And also any update on MOTM registration & prices?

    I can make it next week.
    I couldn't make the last one because a customer called at 4:00 to discuss Avalara's billing problems for over an hour which made it impossible for me to hang up. The caller was the business owner.
