@JerryNorman, would you add a place for us to get an update on the status of the board interviews Moira was doing with each board member/contractor?
Also, we need to revisit the efficiency of the new member application and onboarding process. There are several places that get updated when someone applies, gets invoiced, pays, and gets added to Socialcast. Sometimes, Jeff or I will miss one step in the process.
The spreadsheet we use for the application and to communicate the process works well and gives us an opportunity to help each other keep from missing anyone but we do occasionally still miss something.
I guess under new business, I'm proposing we figure out how to make the process more efficient.
