I've read through your comments/notes and you seem to have captured much of what was covered. I'd add from my notes:
1. The term for a committee member is one year - this may exclude the chairperson, Exec Dir, BoD - <g class="gr_ gr_2227 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="2227" data-gr-id="2227">tbd</g>
2. committee members must attend at least 70% of meetings to 'earn' a discount for MOTM or whatever recognition/thanks we give.
3. Committees are reduced to Membership, Education, Events, and as needed Nomination. Schedule for MOTM presentations under Education.
4. Drop Branding and Promotions Committee - Membership, Education, and Events each have their own 'branding and promotion' needs within their committee.
5. Board members will visit meetings for Membership, Education, and Events committees on a schedule rotation (Moira needs to put the schedule together) -
