Note regarding the ability to search through the four external groups: 1. Business of consulting 2. MAS90 Routine 3. MAS90 Urgent 4. Sage News @JimWoodhead is actively discussing this issue with Socialcast. We realize that search is a fundamental feature (though apparently Socialcast missed that) and as soon as we know more we will update you -- just to let you know that this is on top of our priority list.

In the meantime, you can use Socialcast's Outlook connector and increase the message cache (messages) and cache retention (days). Then you can use Outlooks search feature.
