Not Urgent Support but wondering if anyone has done a Sage Intelligence weekly financial statement. Customer claims they might have to find new software if they can't create weekly F/S! Really?

We have a @Sage100Routine group for support that isn't urgent.

Not sure about SI, but I know you can do it in F9

Nancy - The standard SI formulas are Period and YTD. However since SI pulls transaction detail, a weekly statement is very possible it wold just tale a bit more development in the report, but not hard. If you e need assistance, let me know, we are happy to help.

SI does dashboards, too. I suspect that ""weekly financials"" is the only way the customer thinks about the need. Perhaps you can expand their thinking into not just dashboards, but non-posted data, such as SO backlog, new SO's, PO status, etc.

@NancyHanson - we've done a bi-weekly for a restaurant group based on the transaction detail.

I have a customer doing it using F9. You can pull by range of transaction dates. Cheaper to get F9 than to switch their software
