not urgent but annoying. Can't seem to update the Aatrix forms no matter what i try. Have added the sites to IE safe sites (but it still gets blocked), have dowloaded manually and installed - looks like it installs fine, no error messages, but when I open 1099 eFiling back up it tells me the forms are expired. One other thing I've noticed is that the Activate button on Form 1099 eFiling is always active. When I click on activate and then OK it pretends like it does something, then just comes back and it still has Activate lit up. Version 4.5 SQL - client is on a terminal server. Sage KB is down so I'm currently not able to find any articles about this.

This may not apply but I remember last year being told that it was important to have customers on the new Sage customer # (the old ones still work for registration) because Aatrix only will work with the new numbers.
