(Not sure if this is the right place) Who do you escalate issues to within Sage? When the Sage support is horrible and the client knows it, we know it, and something has to change! I know, I know ... nothing will change. But the customer deserves to have their voice heard by someone at Sage.

Hello Peter. I believe Jeff Konstanzer is responsible for the whole Sage Support team. I've contacted him for assistance in the past and he's been very proactive. jeff.konstanzer@sage.com

Thank you all!!! This was helpful. We had a problem with a new installation of Sage CRM. Sage insisted that it was the client environment (it most certainly was not) and refused to help us further. My help desk guys picked apart the bug and found an issue with the Sage CRM installer. Which is great - awesome - my team is smart - but the client isn't going to pay for that effort and Sage clearly doesn't give a crap. Either way - I have reached out to Jeff to share the experience. Not a great way to start a new client experience.

Hello Peter. Would it be possible for you to share some details on the installer problem? I know that our SageCRM team had an installation problem recently and were not able to resolve the issue. End result - they had to install on another server while I did the Sage 2017 upgrade install on the server that was originally intended for CRM.
