Not sure if this has already been listed today, but we just encountered the following related to the Tracking Button. I'm assuming it's not version specific. When they click the Tracking button they get: Server Error 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. I spoke with Sage and they are aware of this issue. iship changed their link and did not forewarn Sage, so they are working on a resolution. In the meantime, I found that if I click the link in MAS 200, then when it brings up the error, I was able to type ""x"" after .asp and it worked the link below is an example of a working link. http://iship.com/trackit/track.aspx?T=1&Track=1z4481190350529699

I have seen this too. It seems to be sporadic, because it will work, then not work, then work again.

This is an OLD issue. I know there is a post on the Community as well as one earlier here (which is probably unsearchable to OASIS members. Alnoor even posted the alternative link which I posted on the Community forum. http://community.sagemas.com/t5/Technical-and-Installation/Package-Tracking/td-p/53234

It may be old however I just took a report of it -- and I don't know if this customer had been using this feature for a while or just noticed it today and reported it.

As an FYI -- MAS 500 uses the same iShip link and it will have problems tracking periodically as well.

When I say old, it was only in regards to the response that Sage gave Pam. It seems to be a bigger issue than just changing a link address.

So the take away for this is that it is a bug and SAGE is working on a fix. If they want the info in the meantime the user can manually click on the link and paste in the tracking number.

@JimWoodhead - ""So the take away for this is that it is a bug and SAGE is working on a fix"" - Maybe it will be fixed after they run all of us out of business and then have to deal with these issues themselves.............
