Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but thought I would post a email from one of my IT guys. OUTLOOK CRASHING OR NOT RESPONDING You may notice your Outlook crashing or showing an error message popup saying ""Not Responding"". This a result of a Windows Update Microsoft recently release that causes Outlook to crash when opening emails that contain images. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? Most of the computers we support are setup to perform Windows Updates automatically. The update likely got installed automatically. After the update was installed and the computer restarted, this issue would happen in Outlook HOW TO FIX IT? Fortunately, this is very easy to fix. To do so, click on the Start button and select Control Panel. Click on Windows Update and select ""Installed Updates"" in the lower left-hand corner. Wait about 30 seconds for the entire list to populate. Scroll down to the ""Microsoft Windows"" section of the updates and locate the following update: Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3097877) Right click on the update and select uninstall. The update should uninstall quickly and prompt you to restart your computer. Once you have restarted your computer, you will no longer experience this issue. We would expect Microsoft to release a patch shortly that will fix this issue. Microsoft typically releases patches as part of your Windows Updates, so it should install itself automatically as well. So hopefully nothing for you to do to prevent this from happening in the future.
