    Resolution
    Aatrix has changed the automatic update of forms to an hourly update process.
     
     
    Additional Information
    • Zip files created 'c:\\Windows\ProgramData\Aatrix Software\Aatrix Forms\MAS\Logfiles' which are password protected (for Aatrix use only).
    • Log files may not exist for days Sage 100 was not launched.
    • Automatic Hourly updates was part of the issue with the Certified Payroll report. This report was being removed causing hanging or endless looping, preventing update of forms process. (This was fixed by Aatrix 11/2/2023.)

    Too bad this wasn't noticed a couple of hours ago so it could be addressed in the meeting. 

    This could be interesting. I see it looks like it may have started at the end of October. It has already created 17mb of log files on my machine.

    My question on this is that I don't fully understand what problem the KB entry is describing.

    It explains why an end user might not be prompted to update tax forms via Aatrix. The answer then seems to be that Aatrix only updates forms hourly. 

    Um, ok. So why doesn't the user get a prompt to update forms?

    It's highly likely I'm overlooking something in the KB.
