Not Equal Crystal join not working on client's machine. Works fine on mine. Any ideas?

What version of Crystal and what type of workstation?

XI and Win 7 32

Does the user have access to both tables, i.e. in ODBC security?

Symptom? ""Not working"" is so, so ""Customer"". :-)

I don't know what the symbol for sticking out your tongue is... I have a label program and I'm using the not equal to an unrelated file to get my repetitive lines (want to print a label for the qty of the item on a sales order line). On the client site it does unpredictable things, ranging from not printing anything at all to only printing the first line item on the order. On my machine, I get one 3 of the first item (qty 3), 100 of the next item (qty 100), etc to the end just like it's supposed to.

Oh SON OF A.... I sent one more copy over to the client machine and tried it again and it's working. Now the weird thing is I would swear I had it working once before when all I did was send it over, but this time I was fiddling with the size of it on their machine. As usual, ours is not to ask why, ours is just to find a way around the annoying issue - so I'll make all fixes on my machine and send it over and NEVER EVER EVER open it up on their machine.
