  • 1.  Not able to Renumber employee - 2019 2.20

    I have Pr 2.20 on Sage 2019.2.  all patches (to my knowledge) have been installed.  When attempting to renumber an employee I receive this message.  Anyone else have issues renumbering existing employees?  See attached.

    You might want to look at the installed modules to confirm PR6018 is installed.  although I haven't seen this message before.

    Yep, there are 3 hotfixes out for PR 2.0 - I have started to just install all 3, issues or not. It only take a few more minutes and seems to fix all the errors (above included)

    Well, I've applied 16, 17 & 18.  As soon as I click on the renumber button it pops the error without an opportunity to do a two-step as Jim suggested.  I do have Job cost & TimeTrack​ on this system.  May be a call to Sage :(

    In Addition.  there is a defect.( I think it is )  in order to change the department you need to do a 2 step renumber.    00-EMP1  to 10-EMP1

     

    First  change to 10-ZEMP1 then you can change to 10-EMP1
