NOT A REQUEST, BUT A ""HEADS UP"" - Hotfix posted by Sage for 4.40.06 for multiple issues with Lookups. If you upgraded anyone to 4.40.06 prior to 8/15 you may not have seen this. If customers have JobOps, there is an associated patch from JobOps. In our case, some lookups (Ship-to-Address) simply stopped working. See Sage Support -> Downloads -> MAS Individual fixes -> Library Master Date: 8/15/2011 Product Line: MAS 90 and MAS 200 Application: Library Master Level: 4.40.0.6 Number: LM4059-T Title: Multiple ALE display issues in PU6

@lee I am having this exact issue. Did you have to request the patch from JobOps.. Can you upload them to this message? Thanks

Jim - JobOps has a JobOps_LM4059-T.ZIP file on their website that can be downloaded. Install the Sage LM 4059 first, then the JobOps version. I wish they would PUSH these hotfixes to us so we don't find out the hard way. &)(*&

I wasn't aware that they change service packs without adding a point to the version.

@LeeGraham Are you saying there may have been two different product update 6's?

LM4059 was released after SU6 and after JobOps R2M

I'm sure KnowledgeSync or Business Alerts could handle that nicely, but then how would they sell us more support cases???

FYI, unless there is another patch, these didn't do it for my customer. The Ship to look-up in Sales Order Entry is still not functioning correctly. I actually did already load these last month. 8/25 No Joy from me. They seem to be working around it for now.

We just re-copied the JobOps panels, re-ran the Utilities and the Ship-To lookup now works. Say hello to Laura & Pam. ;)
