    Yes they do. A Noreply email address is not monitored. Sage has no intention of responding to your questions, comments and feedback...

    ​This is another example of Sage simply not thinking about how this comes across and seemingly not caring. Normally the marketing function is responsible for image, but I'm not certain who is ultimately in charge of marketing. It seems to be a collection of people at Sage without leadership. If they don't want to reply to e-mails, they would maintain an improved image just by making up a name to e-mail.

    At least they let you know there will be no reply!  After the last Partner meeting, both Scott and Jennifer said on the call that we could email either of them with questions, and one of them would get back to us.

    I emailed both of them and haven't heard a response back at all.  To be fair, however, they did say we could email them.  They didn't however, say they would respond.
