    Client on 2017 is switching software - has anyone actually had this happen and can confirm that once your subscription dies, you can still access the system but what - only reports in all modules?  No payroll for this client.

    I had this happen to someone on PAYROLL subscription. I think that Sage has loosened the restrictions since but at the time they could run a couple reports, could not access any maintenance screens but they could use ODBC for reporting ( legacy PR) and VI worked.

    I believe that Sage has since modified PR expiration to allow for more lookup functionality.

    I haven't yet seen someone who has expired Sage 100cloud keys on their regular accounting.

    This is NON-payroll.  They want to be able to access history, but not just through reports.

    Had this happen to client last year or year before when Sage experienced ET phone home issues.  Hard to remember.  View only did work.  Luckily, it only took a couple of hours to trouble shoot the license server across the pond on a Friday night.  But it was frustrating.
