No Start menu icons after 2018 Advanced install on new 2012 R2 server. Logged in under the IT Administrator account to do the install. After install and migration completed, I logged in under our account. When I touched ""Start"", the Sage applications were not showing up on the page with all apps. I had IT copy the icons to my desktop. I am able to launch the program. My login does not, however, have permissions to access printer properties to configure ""manage"" checkboxes for the Sage 100 PDF converter printer. It is a domain account with local admin privileges (so he says). Any thoughts on what our account is missing in terms of permissions? We are NOT domain admin. Do we need to be?
