    Got a call today (not the first time).  User trying to quick print a PO.  Tried to print print - same error message.  User had just sent a QP PO to same vendor 10 minutes prior.  Also encountered issue and several other PO's today.  They work.  vendor is set up for paperless.  KB 104206 discusses this issue that occurred in v2015.  A utility to fix was released.

    Has anyone encountered this issue?

    I found the solution.  See attached KB from 10/22.  Problem arises when you cross reference the detail line to a work ticket.  I will ask the tough question on Sage City - WHEN is the fix coming?
