NJ FLI printing on the W2 form. Has anyone had a problem with it on the standard W2 form MAS 4.30.21? Since I added the year end the FLI is not printing separate? Any thoughts? TIA

Sorry forgot to say that it is combining with the SDI.

No @BrettZimmerman. That was employer paid taxes. This is an employee paid tax.

Not yet. I have one client with an employee in NJ. They haven't printed their W2s yet. WAG:They probably changed the field name in the non graphical W2 forms.

Yes @RobertWood is right. No the FLI field is on the non graphical form but won't separate out. When you look at the SDI in the employee maint screen the SDI and FLI are combined???

That's nasty. I'll check it out later this week when I'm onsite and report back.

I have a call into Sage and they are testing it.... Had 3 different support people on the phone and they thought they were talking to the end user and one of them was a nasty SOB... She is trying to tell me that it needed to be in box 14 and I said - I really don't care what box it goes in right now - I just want it to work. She made it sound like if the field got placed in box 14 it would work. She had me on hold to find out what the position was... They told me that they would call me back in 10 min and then 20 min later 1st support person called back and said she had to test it and to give her some time. I said don't forget that I am on East coast. Well she said I have to test it and answer calls all at the same time. Told her that the boss was not happy... Didn't do any good, still haven't heard back. I will post once I hear back from them.

Oh apparently they are saying it is working in 4.50 and Aatrix (have not tested it ) - so might have to move to that solution even thought they bought W2 forms and Aatrix only uses blank forms....

From what I've read, family leave insurance is reported in box 14, so they've got that right. Hope you hear back soon.

Ok with going back and forth with Sage on what to do they finally said let's try installing the 2012 tax table and it worked... Makes no sense because w2's worked with 2013 data it just didn't work with in the copy of the 2012 data... Thanks for all the help !
