Nice tip on stopping redirected printers when logging in via RDP/MSTSC:
Any redirected Sage PDF Converters in a Terminal Server environment will generally cause this issue or sometimes even a ""PDF Document Not created Successfully"" message to appear. It is also very common to see this when a Business Partner uses Remote Desktop (RDP) to view a clients system, since virtually all of us have a ""Sage PDF Converter"" listed on our own systems. The most common workaround (through RDP) is to disable Printer Redirect under ""Local Resources"" prior to connecting to the Terminal Server:
Go to File / Run in Windows and type in MSTSC to bring up the RDP Dialog
Click on the Options dropdown on the bottom left
Navigate to the Local Resources tab
De-Select the Checkbox for ""Printers"" on the bottom left
Navigate back to the General tab then connect
Above all, the primary rule is that any Terminal Server User should not have the ""Sage PDF Converter"" populated locally.
