    Next time I'm bitching about the crappy Sage support - here's what it's like on the Microsoft side of the fence (Hint: Not much better). I am an MS partner and while their support can be good when you get to an engineer the phone support, problem discover and just basic telephone call quality is the worse I've ever experienced from any company. The agents barely speak English, don't listen to the problem you describe and transfer to departments seemingly at random. The number of times I've been transferred only to hear""I'm sorry but you need to speak to someone in... for this issue"" is atrocious. Does Microsoft simply not care about its partners? This has happened to me at least 30 times so I think it is endemic of the entire support structure.
