Next Thursday May 31, 2012 at 1pm ET -- please mark your calendar for an administrative meeting of 90 Minds. This will be via Google Hangout and the link will be posted here in advance of the meeting start. I have a number of Google DOCS that I will share. If you have any interest in reviewing them please reply HERE with your email (this should be attached to a Google Account) which I can share those documents to. If you are unable to attend I will provide a summary of what is determined. If nobody is able to attend I will provide a summary of what I've determined.

What I'm doing is saving them into a folder on Google. I will try to share the folder to you and I think by sharing the folder you can then go in and look at the docs. If that doesn't happen then let me know and I can share the documents individually. The folder name is Group Administration

Sorry about the screw up on Uber Conference. Here's what the problem was -- 1. When you create an account with Uber they assign you a default time zone (so far as I remember they didn't ask) and they gave me Pacific Time. 2. When you schedule a call they only show you ""1 pm"" -- no mention about the time zone. 3. So I set the call for 1pm. The time of 1pm was displayed but behind the scenes Uber tracked it as 1pm PT -- which was really 4pm Eastern. 4. When I tried to log into the call the conference could not be started because Uber thought the start time was supposed to be 4pm ET (1pm PT). I emailed them to advise that they should really put in a time zone to their call creation panel so you can see what time the call is scheduled for. There's also apparently no way to change that after the fact or to ""start now"" FWIW

That makes sense considering I sent an e-mail earlier about the call showing up is 4 PM. I wonder if it means you can even start one minute before start time what there is some window before and after the estimated time that allows you to use the system

I'm not sure about the time -- I think they said you could adjust but not if the time had already passed. I basically told them that I indeed considered it a fail when a conference company -- whose whole reason for being was simplification -- could not simplify...

www.freeconferencecall.com has worked well for me in the past. No issues at all.

My issues with freeconference have been very spotty calls. Lots of echo or lag. I've had spotty results on freeconferencecall too - when it's good the quality is the same or better than just about anyone else. I think there was also an issue of some phones being restricted from dialing the FreeConference numbers -- since the model they use is some loophole that whacks carriers (but not subscribers) for calls to that exchange.

What is the status of the Summit Shirts? I was left with the impression that Jim was going to post a survey on the topic for sizes.
