First 3 products? That's tough to answer.
Without fail on my standalone (no MAS, no Accpac) prospects, almost every deal has Salesforce in it. Other than that, there is no consistency.
You would think Microsoft but, truthfully, I rarely run into them. I think it's because I mostly deal with owners or VPs of Sales or Marketing and not IT. My experience is that the IT folks always bring in Microsoft CRM and strongly advocate for that.
When Sage first positioned Sage CRM as the MAS and Accpac integrated solution, I was a bit upset as I felt that it was beng marginalized. I have since realized that it was a great move on their part.
With MAS / Accpac deals, Sage CRM has almost become a no-brainer choice if the customer has interest in CRM and I understand their main drivers (ie, I don't botch the call).
