I'm curious what others are seeing in their newsletters responses.
We were using Constant Contact a few years ago and I felt that the rate of undeliverables was too high, so we moved to Mail Chimp.
Unless there is something urgent that needs to be said, we limit our newsletters to once a month on the first business day of the month.
Over the past 6 months, our subscriber list is at about 500. We have an open rate of about 25% and a click rate of anywhere between 1 and 15 clicks per newsletter. I'm not too concerned about the click rate, but I thought that 25% was a low open rate considering that most of the newsletters we send we are in touch with a few times a year.
