4-minute summary of the below.
- Sage CRM related highlights: Our partners (Greytrix, CRM Together, S5) have been making our projects so much better (highlights below). It is a group effort where clearly most of the innovations are coming from the channel partners.
- S5 SMS (Texting from Sage CRM). Yes you can send and receive text messages and have them automatically go out based on rules you define: S5 SMS – Texting with Sage CRM – My CRM Manager
- S5Maps updates (Google Maps integration). This integration to Google Maps is now available as a service. Set up is just a matter of applying a couple of new fields within Sage CRM. The subscription rate starts at $1,800/year. Also – keep in mind that S5Maps can connect directly to either Sage 100 or Sage 300 (skipping CRM).
- S5 scheduler – makes is super easy to manage service crews: S5Scheduler for Sage CRM – My CRM Manager
- There has been (and will continue to be) a steady stream of enhancements to the GUMU™ Sage 100 integration, with a new version 5.6.0.4 that just came out last week. So many of our systems these days are geared towards order processing from CRM, and many of these enhancements support this clear direction the GUMUs have taken.

o Accelerator for Sage 100 (Outlook integration directly to 100 skipping CRM) is starting to pick up customers/speed. Same goes for MobileX - you can integrate directly with Sage 100
o Accelerator supports 'New' Outlook (Web)
o Remember – Sage CRM no longer has a free/default plugin or (IMO) a viable alternative to Accelerator
o MobileX for Sage 100: MobileX has been extended to include Sage 100 access. Empower your team to access critical data on the go. This standalone solution enables seamless dissemination of Sage 100 data on the move e.g. stock inventory, invoices, and customer correspondence.
o Accelerator Expands to Gmail: Accelerator is no longer limited to Outlook integration—it now supports Gmail as well! If you're interested in accessing Sage 100 or Sage CRM data directly within your email, talk to us
o Accelerator for Sage 100 New Feature: Now has UDF support on installation. UDF’s are the equivalent of custom fields in Sage CRM
o MobileX for Sage 100 Features: Ability to file emails and record phone calls on the move using your mobile phone technology

- Beyond Sage CRM and Salesforce, there are GUMUs for MS CRM and Creatio too.

- Like many 90Minds members and affiliates, we are starting down the road of AI and practical applications of AI. (That is all anyone wanted to talk about in India). We have a lot of horsepower on it and, like you I'm sure, are interested in seeing how it all evolves.
- At MOTM this year I'll be joined by my colleagues April Braun, who specializes in Managing Sage CRM projects that use the GUMU Sage 100 CRM integration, and Madeline de Leon who specializes in Saleforce GUMU™ projects.
- The growing support over the past few years from 90Minds members is hugely appreciated and we are grateful to be allowed to participate in this group.
