    I am WELL AWARE that I had tips for correcting number of users in the presentation Alnoor and I did for MOTM.

    This is a Std client, though, so some of the stuff doesn't apply.  But I did 1) Update, 2) Edit/Activate, 3) manually run the $ACTPVX.bat AS ADMIN, and verified the correct NEW User Key was in the file and the new Activate.PVX had today's date and time stamp on it.

    The System Configuration correctly shows the new number of users, and *INFO does not.  I've exited and re-entered Sage several times.

    What am I missing on this little ole Std system?

    {rant on}  What you're missing is that Sage needs to get off their butts and address this constant and consistent issue with incorrect/unreliable user license information, both inside the Sage portal and inside the clients' Sage 100 systems.  It is most certainly hurting the Customer Experience!  It's unbelievable how much time we all waste re: Sage 100 user licenses!!  And I've seen multiple times recently where we've made a change to the client's Sage 100 account/license, but then it shows an incorrect/doubled user-license in the Sage portal.  WTH!?!?  {rant off}

    And.... I was just in a meeting asking for help on this and I logged back in while we were discussing it and I said "If it shows correctly now I'm just going to scream" so of COURSE it did, indeed, show it correctly now.

    I give.

    This happened to a user while MOTM was happening.  After a week,  I threw in the towel and punted to Sage....  Since you used your magic wand and some pixie dust to fix it. I won't look up the case......
