New Sage KB starting to roll out. It will be hard to judge whether this is more useful until we know they've transferred everything.

I do not think they've moved all the info yet but the UI seems to be available. Also do not see a way to get to the older articles because when I try searching it flips me to this. So far as I can see the KB is down for the weekend - or until it is transferred.

When I click on the KB link, I received a message that this account does not have access to this link. Glad I didn't have anything planned for today......

Has anyone else been able to pull up the KB???

This is what I get. And I did just pay my pound of reseller flesh to have to the horror of accessing this POS for another year!!!!

I am not able to get on the KB either.

I'm getting the same message as @JeffSchwenk but just looking a the screen shot - the new KB color scheme is annoying, the sales pitch for SageU too prominent and now we can chat with support...oh dear how many support cases will that cost?

The ""What's Popular"" section could be a two edged sword. If an error that is a bug is popular, I certainly have they fix it ASAP.....

Anyone have the e-mail address for the site administrator? Unfortunately, the web site doesn't appear to have a contact us like to ask questions like ""why am I getting a message that the account doesn't have access"".

Hard to say - I know on the main KB they indicate that the KB is going live on Monday so Sage is likely to blame most issues on the upgrade. Here's an interesting shot of a search screen after I've asked to narrow down my queries to Sage 100 ERP. The suggested resources (center of screen) are all Sage 50.

Thank goodness the software runs so flawlessly AND that this is a short week for non Canadians that I don't have to access the site very much!!!!!

Advanced"" search only has search word and date range ?? No module, version, etc?

I searched for ""checks"" and got a master-console article. Seems like a downgrade.

As in, MC ""checks"" to see who is in which modules???

I searched ""supported platforms

I am also getting the ""The entered account does not have access to this website"" message.

Hopefully Sage is using the holiday week to get the kinks out of this site.

Just got off of the phone with them and they are going to ""submit this issue to our Internal Technical Team

I wonder what ever happened to beta testing the site with resellers before they go live???? Are these the same jokers in charge of the ACA website???

Sage 300 downloads don't seem to be available.
