New question. Is there any way to default ""Private Batch"" to YES in Sage 100 v2014 Advanced? For AR cash receipts and AR invoice entry in this case, but should be the same for all batches.

Custom Office doesn't show that file for changes. Data-dictionary PrivateBatch default is N. Could change it to Y with a dictionary tweak.

@JonParkinson - did you ever find an answer for this? We have a PO ROG import and they need the Private Batch set. Looking through custom office I can't find the table to set that field to Y and the ""private batch"" field is not available in the import job.

@Eric - no luck, I gave up.

we found a way to go into SY_BatchManager.M4L - and there is a Private Batch record - can set it to ""Y"", but it appears to all batches in Sage which is not what we need (and I'm a little hesitant to change that in a live environment without knowing if it will cause any other issues)

Eric - I would like to try that if you will tell me how to do it.

Is it field #8 in the DBATCHSEL 0503 record? Seems to work.
