Hello 90 Minds Community!
We have officially restructured our new Membership Committee which is getting together for the first time next week.
The membership committee monitors all aspects of membership, including invitations, retention, and education-bringing in new members, teaching them about 90 Minds, and then ensuring that the member experience meets everyone's expectations.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN THE 90 MINDS MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE?
- Any active 90 Minds Consultant Member.
WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT?
- The level of involvement is based on your schedule. Committees should hold:
- Monthly video conference calls
- Attend Meeting of the Minds - Annual Conference
In addition, based on ongoing conversations and suggestions, from this committee, we will be forming a task force of sorts to manage our content library.
The appropriately named Library Extraction Squad (thanks Wayne) will be a spin-off task force focused on just content, and memorialization of materials, posts, or documents for retention.(See discussion here Extraction Squad)
