    I had worked with another guy from HiSoftPR back in 2018 on a sale of enhancements. It was a bit difficult, lot of emails back and forth for a simple sale. They never renewed though, I have no notes as to why - but no relationship was built basically.  I've never worked with Hector Otero. I do think it would be good to reach out to Lordes. I do think she knows of this company and is familiar with them. There was an addon for that puerto rico needed for some sort of tax reporting. I think this might be the company that built that.

    Hi -- Lourdes does know them. They are a Master Developer.  She had a good relationship until they ROR'd one of her clients. 

    She's not opposed to having them join though.
