    New KnowledgeSync install on Windows 2008 server gives attached error about an incorrect version of MSJET35.dll. KS support as usual does not answer the phone. Any ideas?

    Patience???? I usually have to open an on line case before they respond with suggestions. If all else fails, call Farber.

    OK, I'll restock on patience - got the email back from support and it was the right answer.
