New implementation; when Customer Service staff go to Preview a Sales Order, their screens are freezing up. It is sporadic and after tasking out of it and going back in to re-preview...no issues. Any thoughts? They are on JobOps but not using any of the features/functionality in their process (typically previewing quotes). They are using Bullzip PDF Printer and we did get them to remove that as their ""default"" printer. Suggestions?
