Historically Greytrix' GUMU™ Salesforce integration to Sage 100 used SData, but over the past 6-months Greytrix have created a new WebAPI called 'Greytrix WebAPI' (so catchy) which has turned out to be far superior to the old SData connection. For Salesforce integrations, this means a faster and more robust integration. This recent Greytrix BLOG reviews several examples of how the new WebAPI outperforms SData.
Be aware that, beyond the GUMU™ Salesforce integration to Sage 100, this new WebAPI can be used by Sage 100 partners for other integration purposes.
IMPORTANT! Changing from SData to the new Greytrix WebAPI is at no charge for active subscribers. This is a critical task that must happen before clients upgrade Sage 100 to v2025 (consider yourselves warned).
