New Function Releases The word I have from Synergistic is that Multi-Bin and Tech Dashboard are targeted for completion/release at the end of the year (12/31), but there is no actual commitment. They also said they could not work on those until after the 5.30.2.0 release was out, which was today. Are they going to have other priorities that come up now that preclude working on those items? I don't think it to be unreasonable for the channel to be provided a concise list of projects (including the above) and solid projected completion dates they can reasonably meet. We need something to use for planning and selling.

I reported an issue and asked for a quote on custom programming on 8/24. I was told they were in a development cycle and all customizations were placed on hold until their release was completed in mid-September. I couldn't even get a quote. I followed up on 9/14 and was told the exact same thing. It'll be interesting to see how long it takes now that the release is done.

The answer I received was ""Solid projection completion dates are premature at this time."" Although the 2 major projects are in process, they are also dependent on delivering product based on Sage and version 2017. This was not news to me and did not help for my planning.
