I had a payroll user call today and said they tried to file their Q3 941 prior to proceeding with their upcoming payroll and Sage stopped them saying the latest 941 form was not yet available.

I think that is true as I found this https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-dft/f941--dft.pdf which is a draft of the 941 to accommodate the payroll tax deferral. This customer did NOT take advantage of the deferral but is still getting a message that they have to wait because the 941 fileable form is not ready.

Now the 941 form pops up a message saying it's ok to use if you did not take advantage of the tax deferral. No mention of when the new form will be ready in Aatrix, but I'm guessing by 9/30.
