New client via ROR running v2017 Premium. Encountering this bootstrap error logging in from the server. Have tried several of the suggestions in the KB on this topic. Nothing has worked. And of course, the IT dude runs a tight security ship. If you have encountered this issue, how did you solve it? Setting up a case with Sage so they and the IT guy can get together on Monday.
