I am pleased to announce two new members of our Board of Directors, Karen O'Lane and Alan Clark. Alan will fill the remainder of John Hoyt's term, through end of February 2021. Karen will fill the remainder of Jeff Schwenk's term, through end of February 2020. Both of them may choose to run for reelection at the end of their terms. They both bring additional experience and skills to our Board's work.
Karen is the long-time founder of Micro Business Systems (Fresno, CA) and has run that as an extension of Accounting Systems, Inc. for several years. She has deep Sage 100 experience, is a Sage 100 Certified Trainer, and is also Acumatica certified. She has long been active in 90 Minds, and she has significant volunteer and board-level experience with her local Project Management Institute, notably its VP Professional Development. This combination of in-the-weeds relations with customers, formal project management and training work, and understanding of the different environments that Sage 100 and Acumatica customers and consultants live in are just what we need on the Board.
Alan is a Consulting Sr Mgr at long-time 90 Minds member Eide Bailly. He manage a group of Sage consultants for this large firm. As a result, he brings to our Board significant perspective on the challenges of both organizational development (for 90 Minds) and professional development (for our members). He spends most of this time helping consultants meet diverse needs of customers, of communicating, training, and coaching across distances -- such consultant development is never far from his focus, and this is essentially what 90 Minds is about!
The 90 Minds Board actively continues to provide value for both Sage and Acumatica consultants, Affiliates, and their firms. These two new Board members increase our value and commitment to all our 90 Minds members!

@Jerry Norman suggest that the ending the terms at MOTM may be an issue if we move the date of that event. Maybe better to state as the end of February 2020 and end of February 2021.
