Never too soon to think about w-2's........ For those of you that use the AAtrix software to print w-2's to plain paper, how do you handle the instructions on the back side?

After you print your W2's, there is an option for you to print the instruction sheet.

Thanks. Do you know if forms are available with the information preprinted on the back?

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that. My forms verdor doesn't offer them, just the blank ones or standard pre-printed.

I suppose you could get a copy of the preprinted form and xerox the information to the back......

You can order perforated forms with instructions on the back. I have been using them for years - so much better than the old method. You can buy them most anywhere.

We use perforated forms with the instructions printed on the back.
