    Net Neutrality Changes - Has Comcast implemented any changes. My 2.5 GB file download from drop box is taking way too long to download (projected to be 2+ hours). Maybe it is just my paranoia.

    Turns out that it wasn't paranoia but just a hung download. Canceled it and restarted and entire download was less than three minutes.. Just have to give things a second chance.
