    Need you see more evidence of the direction Sage is headed? On the Sage 100 side we get a 4 page handout of new features -- for a release which is arguably 4-6 months late. On the Sage ERP X3 side they have regular updates (see image from Sage Sell)

    I think it depends on who's managing the area as well. Sage CRM is supposedly an invest, global product but it's crickets chirping when it comes to communication with them.

    I've noticed that too. At this point I'm not sure it's just a ""who's managing it"" problem.
