@JimWoodhead could you share the wealth? We had this same problem a couple weeks ago and instead of posting it here (a mistake I won't repeat) we went through Sage support. We got the problem resolved but it took a full business day by the time we made contact with support, got the paperwork, forwarded to the client, the client completed the information and sent it to Sage, and then Sage gave us the reset.
Your approach took what, less than an hour? (Duh on me!)
