Need some suggestions to try. v2014Adv has current TS user logins all ok accessing Sage. Setting up a new TS to replace the old one and get that dang ""user limit exceeded"" message. Install in remote session, copied activate from server and even old TS (since it is working), logged in TS as admin, Sage launches, login with end user (same one that can get in the old TS) and get message.

You need to give the terminal server users full control of the client install folder on the terminal server. That usually fixes that problem

Look at permissions on the TS for the client install.

Give users permissions to C drive on TS. That is where something is being written.

They copied the ""Activate"" while app services where on. Worked when they copied after app services shut off. The second part to this I found out is they usually set it up to launch Sage on execution of the sessions and never go to the desktop. That functionality does not work still, but going to the desktop and launching Sage works fine.
