Need F9 Help! Before I begin my adventure in trying to obtain F9 support from whoever owns F9 this week...I thought I would post here. Client is using SAGE 100 ERP version 4.40 PU6. F9 with the following drivers F9.EXE - Version 4.5.106.0 (06/21/2010); F9.XLL - Version 4.5.117.4 (06/20/2011); F9 4.5 for MAS90 & 200 - Version 4.5.125.0 (01/24/2011) They recently installed Windows 7 Pro workstation AND moved from Excel 2007 to Excel 2010. Now some of the cells in F9 are not recalculating - not with auto calculate, or manual calculate. However if I visit the cell - bring up the formula - make no changes but save the formula the proper amount is calculated from MAS 90 General Ledger. There are too many cells to visit each one and change by hand. Any help or direction on who to call from help would be appreciated.

Could this be a (lack of ) memory problem? If the spreadsheet has a gazillion formula you may be running out of memory having loaded a new operating system without adding additional memory.

You might try F9 force calcuation - To force Excel to allow a calculation, press CTRL-ALT-F9 or CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-F9.

Also on the rare occasions where that doesn't work, you can search and replace = with =. It will brute force a recalc.
