@Doug Higgs thanks for asking Wayne if he could present this session. Unfortunately, he said No but at least he's willing to provide any material and his own checklists to whomever presents. He will probably be in the audience too.
You mentioned Jerry Norman or Chuck Peddy as a possible alternate. Here is my idea, knowing the session is tricky if it's not Wayne who presents.
There are 3 checklists in the session desc: upgrade checklist, client acceptance checklist, and sample pricing checklist. I know the primary exciting session discussion centers around the upgrade checklist and this also allows several possible consultants to lead. The client acceptance checklist isn't a problem either.
The tricky part is the sample pricing checklist. Without going into it, it doesn't necessarily blend with our member firms who have different pricing models, so we may want to drop this from the session as it may cause "distraction" from the main upgrade checklist discussion.
** If we exclude it, then I suggest Madeline Stefanou (or someone else from RKL). RKL has never presented before I believe, so it is good from that angle too. Kate Krueger of Microaccounting would be another good choice.
** If we include it, then I suggest also adding Doug Higgs as a presenter (it could be 2 presenters or just Doug). Note Doug's name is pronounced "du-zhay" :-) I was very impressed Doug with your primary speaker role in that one Ron & Ed T$OE webinar where you did all the talking on pricing and they just chilled. I also know you have helluva upgrade checklist too.
