Nancy Harris announces retirement from Sage
Dear Partners,
I hope this message finds you and your families safe and well and your businesses prospering following the tragic events over the last year. The last year certainly had its challenges, but partnering with you to continue to serve customers without missing a beat was validation of the strength of our relationship.
In the spirit of the transparency we have as partners, I wanted to share some news with you about my future. After a decade with Sage, including five wonderful years as Managing Director of Sage North America, I have decided to retire later this year.
It has been an incredible journey over the last 10 years as we've grown our businesses and served our valuable customers together. I've enjoyed getting to know you over the years and deeply appreciate your counsel and dedication to Sage and our customers.
This has been a very difficult decision, but the time is right for me to retire. There are many personal reasons for this, but ultimately, it's time for the next chapter in my life to give more quality time to my family and friends, interests away from work, and the causes close to my heart.
I've committed to stay with Sage until we can find a replacement and will work to ensure a solid transition. We'll keep you updated as the transition gets closer. In the meantime, we will all remain focused on starting with the customer and partnering with you to deliver an unbeatable customer experience.
