    Name the Sage Tech Support person that you think is awful ??- DJ just made my list. Not sure who he is but I think lacks basic knowledge of MAS - when you have to explain 3 times that the data from the CI_item does not pass to a new udf field in the costed bill of materials work table and he wants to dial in so he can see and all he did was look at the report menu in bill of materials I was referring to and then put me on hold and then came back from hold and said he would test on his machine and give me instructions on how to do. I said I KNOW HOW TO do - he says - then why did you log the case. I said because it does not work!!!! Give me a different to tech to work with I am done with you! I need to check my blood pressure before I pass out!!

    Even if he took the class does not mean he has the common sense to understand - I even sent them the work table to prove it is not working. Again what I did wrong is not video record and do step by step to explain to them and then just tell them to look at the video.

    Not in my book! Add many years of experience to the mix and then you are an expert.

    @WayneSchulz I think the problem with screnr, like Jing is they limit you to 5 minutes per recording.

    I don't think you are alone. One tech raises the hair on my neck instantly whenever I get her. I instantly ask for someone else.

    I have that same response - though it is with Sales. I have had such a negative time with the person that I cannot believe they're still at Sage... actually I guess I can...

    When they had the mass culling just before Insights awhile back, I was convinced that criteria for being axed was having earned a merit raise...
