    There is no way to change this default, is there?

    What version?  I'm able to edit it in v2018.6.

    I can edit it, but that means the client has to remember every time.  If they forget, they will have to manually edit the file, because even a regeneration will keep that same comment.  I would like a different default so we don't have to rely on memory.
