@Robert Wood, please move OOU. Btw, as we continue to manage the Sage 100 URGENT Support group, I would tend to think this should not be considered URGENT. That's certainly not to say it's not very important to you and the client, but this is not for example a SYSTEM DOWN or Payroll DEAD IN THE WATER situation. Please remember that each individual posting in URGENT sends an e-mail notification every time to everyone.

100% agreed, David's post does not quality as Urgent. If we want to be more proactive on this, we need to get the applicable post moved out of Urgent asap. Very often it's a little bit before I become aware of Urgent postings, so is there a way we can set an Alert or something? @Anne Sawyer?
