My client running SAGE 100 v2014 STD that got hit with a ransomware virus was able to get SAGE 100 operational again for EUs. IT Dept. renamed the MAS90 folder on the server and restore from a previous backup. However, the IT Dept. sent a list of folders\files that were on the C: drive on the application server. Below are two samples from that list. If the files that were kept in these folder cannot be restored, will I be able to run SAGE 100 on the server for support purposes? Is there a way to do a reinstall to get those files back? Any idea what the files in these folders do?

None of those files look familiar to me............ Odd file names. Google may help?

@LouWagner...The file names and folder names were changed by the ransomware virus. I'm just wondering what SAGE files used to be in those directories. If the IT Dept.has quarantined these weird files, will I be able to run SAGE 100 on the server for support purposes. Or will I need to perform a workstation install or a complete re-install to get these files back?

Those folders on my local install are all empty but this is strictly a test environment. I'm going to be logging in to another system later this morning and will take a look at it.

Thank You @LouWagner....I was thinking that these files are only there to support specific workstation options and are re-written if called for during a workstation session launch. Thank you for your follow up.
