My client needs the MAS Standard Income Statement altered so that the ""Total Other Income & Expense"" caption does not cut off when printing. Right now it is just printing ""Total Other Income & E"". They are using the GL_FinancialReport2 and I thought that selecting the ""Can Grow"" option in the field format in Crystal would solve the issue, but apparently not. Has anyone had experience with successfully correcting this before?

I've just made the field bigger and had it work, but sometimes figuring out which field it actually is can be a PIA. What I did last time was change the field I thought it was to italics and previewed to see if it really was that field.

Preview it, then export it in report format so you can see which field it is.

The field is ""@GroupTotalAcctCatDesc"".. Unfortunately increasing the size didn't help. I looked at the formula and it looks like it is driving off Group Footer#4 Group Name. When I look a the Group options the Group Name is customized by a fomula that references @OtherIncome&Expense, but when I look at that formula, it is simply Formula="""". So I am stumped as to where to look next.

Well, that's weird. When I previewed it, it was like @ShawnSlavin 's with just the E but when I exported it, was the whole word Expense.

We ended up having to drilldown to the group name customization formula in Group Options for Group #4 and changing from formula=@OtherIncome&Expense to formula=""Other income & Expense"" and all printed properly. Strange though, as the @OtherIncome&Expense formula field worked fine when putting elsewhere in the report, just not when embedded as part of the Group Name customization formula.
